1. General Information

The controller of personal data collected via the fixmap.eu website is FixMap Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 44/10, 00-024 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS), under KRS number: 0000688736, NIP: 5272814653, REGON: 367924234 (hereinafter: the “Controller”).


2. Scope and Purpose of Data Collection

Data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Handling enquiries submitted via the contact form: on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
  • Booking meetings (/spotkanie): to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
  • Verifying data via the Statistics Poland (GUS) API: to facilitate form completion and ensure data accuracy, which constitutes the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
  • Analytics and scoring (profiling): an internal mechanism for analysing on-site activity for the purpose of segmenting business partners, on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).


3. Types of Data Processed

We process data voluntarily provided by the user:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name and NIP (tax identification number)
  • On-site behavioural data (collected automatically for analytical purposes)


4. Data Retention Period

Data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, i.e. until the correspondence is concluded, the meeting booking is fulfilled, or until the User effectively objects to the processing of their data.


5. Data Recipients

Data may be shared with entities supporting the Controller in website management:

  • Providers of analytics tools
  • Entities handling IT infrastructure (e.g. Microsoft in relation to SSO integration and email)


6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The website uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential: to manage the user session and remember the language selection.
  • Analytical: to measure website traffic and improve its functionality.
  • Personalisation: to store the results of the persona questionnaire (if used by the user) within the current browser session.


7. User Rights

Every data subject has the right to: access their data, rectify it, erase it (the “right to be forgotten”), restrict its processing, port their data, and object to processing (in particular with regard to marketing scoring).
