Process
How the acquisition process works
From first contact to full integration — a transparent process in 6 steps
Initial Conversation
We want to get to know your network, your company, and the owners' goals and expectations. We show you how the FixMap Group works and what benefits joining us can bring. All with no obligations.
Company Analysis
We sign an NDA. We analyse the infrastructure, customers, finances, and growth potential of the network and the company. We prepare an initial valuation (IVP).
NBO
Based on the analysis, we present a valuation together with an NBO (Non-Binding Offer). Everything transparent and on partnership terms from the very start.
Due Diligence
After the offer is accepted and a Letter of Intent (LOI) is signed, we move on to the legal, financial, tax, and technical audit of the company. We review the state of the infrastructure, contracts, and liabilities. You also get to verify FixMap — you see how we work, and the process is mutual and builds trust.
BO & SPA
Once the final transaction terms are agreed (BO - Binding Offer), the agreement (SPA) is signed. We tailor the transaction structure to the owner's needs: a full buyout, a gradual exit, or an operational partnership.
Integration with the FixMap Group
From day one, we work together. Technological migration and access to the FixMap Group's resources are possible while keeping your local brand, pricing, and team. We plan together from the start of the talks, and roll-out begins on day one after the transaction.
Testimonials
What our partners say
Being part of FixMap and belonging to a larger capital group gives us more than just scale — it means access to the knowledge, experience, and synergy of many companies. Through this collaboration we can grow faster, reach the market more effectively, and build stronger relationships, especially with business clients.
We've regained our drive, our peace of mind, and the joy of running the company. The telecommunications market, especially for small local operators, requires the ability to balance the conflicting needs of different parts of the organisation. FixMap knows and understands this 'business' inside out. Thanks to that, we can focus on operations while drawing on FixMap's support and experience. We especially value the chance to work with the fantastic people from the group's companies and the entire team behind FixMap.
Joining the FixMap Group is a strategic milestone for Skynet, letting us combine our established regional position with the growth potential of a nationwide capital group. We are now strengthening the group's presence across the key Masovia region, which in the long run will create ideal conditions for Skynet's even faster growth.
Being part of the FixMap Group gives us access to the experience and solutions that larger organisations use every day — without losing what matters most to us: a local approach and quick contact with the customer. This lets us expand our network more efficiently and respond even better to our customers' needs.
Working within the FixMap Group is proof that even a company facing many challenges can regain stability and dynamic growth when backed by a cohesive team and a shared vision. Through mutual support, determination and commitment, the company has caught real wind in its sails, building a strong and confident future today.
The FixMap Group makes it possible to apply best practices, exchange experience and create unified operating standards — which translates into a synergy effect that boosts the efficiency of the whole group and each individual company.
